Folding Our fleet of eight folding machines (folders) can handle work from simple brochures and signatures to the most complicated bindery projects. Plus, our machines, in one operation, can handle all three types of glueing with perfing, scoring, and folding.

Miniature Folding
Central Bindery uses two Stahl Folders with four plates in both parallel and eight-page sections and one with six plates in both parallel and eight-page sections. Folds can be as small as 5/8". Please consult us in the design stage to insure efficient and less expensive production.

Map Folding
No one in Arizona does more multiple fold maps than Central Bindery. We have a 30"x45" 6-6-4 folder, and a 25"x38" 6-4-4 folder.

Quarter Folding
If your web press can't make the final fold on a tab, let us make the final fold. Our Muller ITM section folding machine will fold the spine edge of saddle-stitch books, tabloids, and glued web books in half, at speeds up to 11,500/hour.
