Saddle Stitching Central Bindery has three Muller stitchers with combined maximum speeds of 33, 000/hour.

Our Prima has a maximum rate per hour of 13,000. The small spine lengths are a quick set-up and are accurate. Two-up with gutters or bust cuts. The Prima set-up times on small spines (less than 5-1/2") and two-up with or without gutters are extremely quick, avoiding the lengthy set-ups (and therefore, costs) associated with other stitchers.

Our other stitchers, both Muller Foxes, have six and eight pockets and are 10,000 per hour machines. Both Fox stitchers have three-hole punch capability.

Central Bindery can run three stitchers 16 hours/day. No one in Arizona has more capacity to turn stitching work.

Central Bindery can also offer you loop stitching (up to three loop stitches) or in-line, three-hole punching of saddle stitch books to eliminate off-line drilling. CD size books (4-1/4" bound edge) are no problem. Spine to face trims 3". We can even bind two-up books with bound edges of 3-5/16" (special layout and one stitch per book).
